Brooke Dobni

Dr. Brooke Dobni | Strategy & Innovation
C. Brooke Dobni is a Professor of Strategy at the Edwards School of Business as well as a U of S Wilson Scholar in Entrepreneurship. He has held over 250 consulting engagements, providing consulting services to many Canadian organizations. As a consultant to senior management in the areas of strategic positioning and strategy implementation, Brooke has published over 30 articles that focus on strategy and innovation.

Douglas Kalesnikoff

Mr. Douglas Kalesnikoff | Business Ethics
Douglas Kalesnikoff is an Assistant Professor at the Edwards School of Business. With over 20 years of experience in civil and criminal investigative matters as a Chartered Accountant, Investigative and Forensic Accountant, and Certified Fraud Examiner, Douglas is qualified as an expert witness in Canadian Courts and International Courts and Tribunals on over fifty occasions.

Ruth Kinzel

Dr. Ruth Kinzel | Change, Working in Groups, Dealing with Conflict
Ruth Kinzel is a Co-owner/Consultant at Kinzel Cadrin & Associates Consulting Inc. She is a change agent and educator in private practice, working with diverse systems in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Ruth’s expertise includes organizational assessment, consultation, collaborative processes and problem solving.

Bruno Konecsni

Mr. Bruno Konecsni | High Performance Leadership
Bruno Konecsni is a Human Resources Consultant with Konecsni Consulting Ltd. He is the former Senior Human Resources Director at the University of Saskatchewan. Bruno focuses on personal effectiveness, leadership, alternative dispute resolution processes and developing collaborative workplace relationships.

Rita Priestley

Ms. Rita Priestley | Creative Decision Making, Self Reflection
Rita is a Consultant focusing on Organizational Renewal and Strategic HR Management. She is a qualified user of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI). Rita is a creative problem solving workshop leader for private and public sector business across North America.

Charlotte Rochon

Ms. Charlotte Rochon | Performance Evaluation & Feedback
As a Management Consultant for Rochon Associated HR Mgt Inc., Charlotte Rochon has over 35 years of progressive experience in the HR field, including tenure in a senior management role implementing HR initiatives for a national corporation. She is experienced in providing services at the systems level, covering the full spectrum of HR management from recruitment to performance and compensation strategies and programs.

Norman Sheehan

Dr. Norman Sheehan | Strategy Implementation
Norman Sheehan is an Associate Professor at the Edwards School of Business. Norman has experience facilitating the analysis of firm capabilities in the business environment and the generation and execution of strategies. His main areas of interest are strategy formulation and implementation, performance measurement and board governance.

Jason Weber

Mr. Gray Ferguson | Fitness, Lifestyle & Nutrition
Gray Ferguson is a Supervisor at the Fit Centre at the College of Kinesiology, U of S. He holds a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, certification as Exercise Physiologist and his MBA through the Edwards School of Business.  He is an exercise physiologist consultant for the Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan and works as a personal trainer for amateur and professional athletes.
