Who Attends Labour-Management Certification Program

Labour-Management Certification Program is ideal for union leaders, human resource managers, labour relations managers, neutrals, consultants,and lawyers with an interest in labour relation. 

The average program attracts representatives from union and management in about 2:3 ratio on average in the last three years. In 2013 the ratio was 36% (Union) - 60% (Management) - 4% (Neutral), in 2014: 41% (Union) - 59% (Management), and in 2015: 30% (Union) - 70% (Management).
